If you cancel within 12 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded the full shopping cost and 90% of the purchase price. If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours after ordering, you will receive the full shipping cost plus 80% of the original purchase price. Orders canceled between 24 and 48 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a full shipping refund and 50% of the product purchase price, and orders canceled after the 48-hour window are eligible only for a refund of the shipping costs. Finally, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
