If you need to return your purchase, 5.11 Tactical accepts returns for refund within 90 days of receipt. All returns must be in original, unworn condition and will be inspected before a refund is issued unless defective. 5.11 Tactical does not grant defective returns for items that were not washed according to laundering directions. For your convenience, 5.11 Tactical accepts returns in-store at one of their retail locations or online through the mail. To make an exchange, simply return your items then make a new purchase.
